The middle - Some ideas for content that might make sense to include as you build out your story and convince your audience to buy in: The solution: How will you bring about the changes? You can group this information into a doc to guide you through this process.Įxploratory analysis is what you do to understand the data and figure out what might be noteworthy or interesting to highlight to others. First Step - Context Read The first step is to understand some things about the process you are working on. The way the data is presented and the story told, can be more convincing than just facts, can change the risk perception, the data understanding and memory of the insights, besides others benefits.
